Edtech freelance writer: Connect with your B2C and B2B audience through content

Content Writing and Copywriting Services

Accessible content brings more people to your website, keeps them there longer, and builds trust with your audience. I use my experience as an educator to take complex topics and explain them in ways that are easy to understand.

I write clear, concise, and conversational copy. I focus on education and technology content that is useful and informative to your audience. All content should add value.

I have experience with B2B and B2C brands. I'd love to write your long-form content, thought leadership pieces, blogs, articles, website copy, emails, and SEO-focused web copy.

Break through the noise with valuable content that builds trust

The average school system spends just $263 per student on digital instructional materials, and you're competing in a crowded market. You need your website copy and marketing to stand out.

You're juggling two different audiences as an education tech company.

  • B2B: You form messaging to district decision-makers. You want to appeal to their logic, budgets, and assessment goals.
  • B2C: You also need buy-in from the people on the ground -- teachers, students, and parents. You must convince your educator audience that your tech is worth using so they adopt it into their everyday routine.

You get buy-in from both sides when you speak to both audiences through your content and marketing. This leads to initial conversions
and renewals.

Benefit from an experienced education and technology writer

I combine my teaching career with my experience marketing SaaS and tech companies. Here's what I know about teachers and tech:

  • You only have a short time to convince someone to keep reading. Hook your audience and deliver information at the right pace.
  • Your customers don't want too much information but need to know enough to determine if the tech is the right fit. Don't oversimplify.

All content should be useful. Prioritize value for your audience.

My content writing and copywriting services include:

  • Flexibility: I can quickly assimilate into your team or work independently.
  • Research: I can work from your outline or create my own. I incorporate all current research into my outlining process.
  • SEO: I understand the nuances of SEO. I write for humans first, while still ranking on Google.
  • Subject-matter expertise: With over a decade as an educator, I understand the industry and the customer.
  • Communication: I communicate along the way as a piece comes together. Collaboration ensures that all content materializes as you envisioned it.
  • Revisions: I offer two rounds of reasonable revisions and edits. All content should be useful. Prioritize value for your audience.
